Hello again! This one had me stumped for a while and I repainted my nails several times before I got them to look like this. enjoy :)
I used OPI Alpine Snow for the base, ULTA Red Carpet Red, ULTA Sun-Sational, Essie Braziliant, love & beauty Green, and Revlon Black Satin for the free handed nail art.
